APSG One Line Maintenance (OLM) Services includes Help Desk services, which serve as the Single-Point-of-Contact (SPOC) to Clients; and Field Services, which offers emergency response and scheduled preventive maintenance services. We carryout on-site repair of equipment or provide back-up units, if necessary, depending on agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Our Help Desk provides Clients with update on each trouble tickets or service requests and regular reports on actual performance against SLA.
Our SLA is flexible and can be tailored to meet diverse client’s requirements.
Our regional presence enables us to provide fast response times to any client request for service region.
